Our Return Policy ensures a straightforward, efficient process for returns and exchanges, offering peace of mind for our global customers.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue and provide necessary documentation, including photos of the damaged items.
Incorrect Parts: In the event of an incorrect part being delivered, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product differs from what was ordered. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Customized or made-to-order parts (unless defective).
Products that have been used, altered, or installed.
Consumables such as lubricants, seals, and gaskets, which are not returnable once opened.
To return a product, please follow these steps:
3.1 Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting images.
3.2 Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions.
3.3 Shipping: Please return the product using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3.4 Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If the product is eligible for return, we will process a refund or issue a replacement.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is inspected.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement part once the returned item is confirmed.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns for reasons other than defects or errors on our part. This fee covers the cost of inspection and reconditioning.
For defective products that fall within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Warranty claims follow a separate process from the return process.
